In 1999, we purchased another state-owned weaving factory and established Anhui Dongzhi Qinfeng Fabrics Co., Ltd. These two factories have 800 sets of rapier looms totally and mainly produce 100% cotton corduroy and twill, and their annual output is 40 million meters.In 2000, we stationed in China Light Textile City of Keqiao of Shaoxing with the status of Anqing Qingfeng Fabric Industry Company.In 2004, Shaoxing Xinyi Textile Co., Ltd. was formally established to develop our business scope.In 2005, we successfully purchased Anqing Sheets Factory in order to build our own brand, and invested RMB80 million to organize Anqing Zaofeng Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. and Anqing Zaofeng Imp. and Exp. Co., Ltd.In 2007, our company also invested RMB0.12 billion in organizing Anqing Zaofeng Fabric Co., Ltd. After establishment, we will own 1000 sets of imported air-jet looms and produce 100% cotton high count and high density stretch fabrics. Our annual output will be 80 million meters.
